Well, if as the author hopes, it doesn't stray into fantasy-land, it will be a VERY short series.

First of all...to be "brutally honest", my 3 year old found 3 innacuracies in the trailer. It is unfortunate that you missed them. Second of all....the ENTIRE series followed that path of deception.
