Is Madonna one of the often-ridiculed people who thinks President Obama is Muslim? If her political
speech after Monday night concert in Washington, D.C. is any indication — then yes.
After the show, the pop icon began with a history lesson, starting with the “prophet” Abraham Lincoln and continuing on to Martin Luther King.
About both, she concluded: “And they killed him, as they do.”
Soon after, Madonna added: “And now, it so amazing and incredible to think we have an African-American in the White House!”
“So, y’all better vote for fu**ing Obama,” she told the massive crowd, adding: “For better or for worse…we have a black Muslim in the White House.”
As cheers went up from all quarters, Madonna continued to say it is “amazing” and means “there is hope” for this country.
Not sure which was worse, Madonna's idiocy or the fact that the crowd cheered her idiocy.
I'll go with both.
I wonder if she realizes that both Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King were republicans?
