I first put this up four months ago and a friend reminded me of it today. It's garnered nearly 2 million views and I frankly don't think that's enough.
So here it is again. Watch it. Understand the message. Pass it on.
It's worthy:

How can we expect the lay people of the church to make the right decision? The clergy often come down on the wrong side of the issues. The Alabama bishops sided with illegal immigrants and joined in the suit against Alabamas illegal immigration law. The Wisconsin bishops sided with striking unions that damaged the state capital. In the process ignoring the fact many non government workering parishoners were out of work, on reduced hours or reduced pay during hard economic times. Finally I still remember women identifying themselves as nuns that violated law to protest various government actions. And, of course there was Father Groppie and the Berrigan brothers.
