Prophetic:

The doctors, also aware of the growing malpractice dangers, have become cautious, and are less and less inclined to do ordinary minor procedures in offices or dispensaries where maximum facilities are not available. As a result, the costs of medical care skyrocket.

As one who has been receiving health care for decades, I recall when docs quit doing simple procedures in their offices. And, yes, from that time on, costs for us receiving health care skyrocketed.

Go to a family doc and 9 times out of 10, get a referral to a specialist who can withstand any possible law suit.
