And even if it's true, Chris M., what's the point of bringing THAT irrelevant tidbit into this particular conversation? Does Brit Hume's son's death, self-inflicted or otherwise, have anything to do with Brit Hume's personal salvation and beliefs as a Christian? You, sir, are what is commonly referred to as a boor. The bottom line....if Hume had of made a similar remark a year ago, his career would have been over., As it is, he is retired now and only a guest analyst. so he can say what he pleases.
Good for him. and what does his son's death have to do with this?

My favorite thing about people like Chirs M is that nobody ever says these sorts of things in public. It's always safe and secrue behind a computer screen.
Anything I have said on here I would say in a group. Chris would you say that to his face? Would you blame the guy for shanking you?
It's kind of like when some tough guy or soccer mom tailgates me in traffic from the safety of their vehicle, you're that guy. Then you crap your pants when I catch you at a red light and am standing next to your door, lol. I know, I know somebody could have a gun or knife. I guess that would only make it even.

Brit's son Sandy seemingly had everything
going for him. His sudden suicide was
so devastating to Brit, that he admits that if he had not turned completely to God, he
does not know how he could have survived
such an unbearable loss.

Chris M, what a bitter comment. In addition, you have failed to move the discussion forward. However, good manners dictate self restraint in spewing mean-ness.
Brit Hume has an obligation to share the Good News as he understands it, as does anybody else convicted of a truth. Why would he refrain from sharing what he has been given.
Tiger Woods filled his coffers as a public figure. He loved hearing his name "putted" around before. Therefore, in all fairness, much advice will be given to him in public also.
Thanks Brit for being true to your beliefs.I'm sorry for your loss. God is a God of Mercy. He never gives up on us, even when we make seriously bad choices.

According to Christianity, Brit Humes son is burning in hell for committing suicide. Perhaps Hume should convert to Buddhism for they have a much more compassionate view on suicide and homosexuality.

The biggest blight on mankind is Christianity. Christians are bigots, racists, homophobics. Never met one that wasn't. Actually I never met a true Christian. I have however met many pseudo-Christians. Ive also read many posts by them also (See above)
