I don't like it. something smells fishy. But we do have to take out Iran's nukes, unless this is a trap to get us to attack and then find out we didn't take out the nukes and the World sides with Iran against an "unprovoked" act of aggression?

I don't see the comparison. You're saying (okay, Locutisprim is saying) the publicity about the Branch Davidians was to inflame public sentiment against them.

The current articles about Saudi Arabia/Iran/Israel are about sanctioning Israeli action against Iran. Nothing to inflame public sentiment against Iran.

You missed my point Dan, I am not saying that the media advance stories on the Branch Davidians were designed to inflame the public.

My point was, the press advance stories were aimed at paving the way for ATF attack on the Branch Davidians.

The same as these stories cropping up now about Saudi Arabia and America supposedly giving tacit approval to Israeli strikes against Iran.
