In what amounts to a usurping of the will of the people, Obama's stifle-us economic bill has passed the House:
Told that no Republican backed the measure, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs reacted by citing another number: "3.5 million jobs that we look forward to saving or creating."
Seven Democrats voted against the bill.
Republicans said the package won't work because it has too little in tax cuts and spreads too much money around to everyday projects like computer upgrades for federal agencies.
"This
legislation falls woefully short," said House GOP Leader John Boehner
of Ohio. "With a price tag of more than $1 trillion when you factor in
interest, it costs every family almost $10,000 in added debt. This is
an act of generational theft that our children and grandchildren will
be paying for far into the future."
I leave you with Nancy Pelosi's announcement, her false teeth apparently slipping throughout:

Sun, wind and soil? What the hell is she talking about? Scratch that! She doesn't even know what she is talking about.
What an idiot and a moron!
I have almost six acres of soil. I wonder how much energy I can generate.

Notice the last sentence of the video, “…and legislation we’ve been working on for years”. At least she finally admitted to the liberal pork shoved into this bill that has nothing to do with attempting to help the economy
Yup, you won Nancy, go ahead spend our money on crap you would have never got through without owning the WH, the senate and the congress all at the same time. May this be your Waterloo Madame Speaker.
Congratulations America, you got your Change.

Yes we got our change. $13 a week for a short time and then $8 a week. I wonder how this compares to the 40 acres and a mule that the slaves were offered after the civil war? I would think they got a lot more than we did from the stimulus. Before you get your first check, your taxes will increase far more than this check.

Wow! Now everybody is PO'ed about the stimulus package! Who the hell did you vote for? I think it's funny that most people that voted for Obama, when asked, didn't even know who his running mate was. We'll all have just to pay for our mass stupidity as a nation as a whole. We as a people voted these morons into office and don't have the b#lls to boot them out. Pick up you phone and raise some hell. Come on girls, text your congressman while driving. Jam up their new stimulus purchased computors with your e-mails. Get mad, kick some a$$.

We're almost 11 trillion in debt without this bill. If we're screwed, it happened a long time ago.
