I never thought that I would say this, but a great big THANK YOU to Howard Stern!

The questions the interview was asking him were purposely to confuse the ppl in Harlem. Like when he indentified Sarah Palin as his O'Bama's running mate which just goes to show she'd have a better chance of winning on his ticket. But mark my word on Election day there will be no confusion at the poles when they go to vote for their candidate.

Marible, you're a dumb motherf***er.

It concerns me that these people want to seem educated on the issues, but obviously won't get educated for whatever bias. If they heard themselves on the tape they would run and hide. These are what we entrust to elect the leader of the free world? We are in hurting status people!

Don't vote the skin, vote what's within. Obama is not the man for the job even if he was orange. The American voter needs to wake up and do their homework. Don't let the media decide for you.

I am very gladthat you guys think this is funny. You all need to get over yourselves and deal with the fact that our president is going to be and is now barack obama. Im glad to see that you guys don't wanna help ou younger generation like obama does i hope you all realize that barack was the better candidate and it is now proven because he is the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

Judging by his supporters comments, he is THE PRESIDENT OF THE DUMB AND BLINDED ONLY VOTING FOR OBAMA BECAUSE OF HIS SKIN COLOR UNITED STATES. Obama could have been supporting the Holocaust and these peons would follow right in line. Know what the hell the issues are. Perfect example of the selfishness and blindness that plaugues our country:
Last Monday on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read “Vote Obama, I need the money.” I laughed.
Once in the restaurant my server had on a “Obama 08″ tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference–just imagine the coincidence.
When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need–the homeless guy outside.
The server angrily stormed from my sight.
I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I’ve decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful.
At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient needed money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.
IGNORANT SHEEPLE!!

I've spoken to many Obama supporters over the last few weeks and not one of them could give me any rational reasons why they're voting for him.
They're so caught up in his hype, they have no idea what any of his policies are and how those policies will affect the country and the world in general.
Yeah, we'll deal wtih the fact that we have a dangerous, ignorant man in the White House for the next four years. Maybe some people will wake up to the fact that there has to be something more than "cool" to vote for next time around.
Let's just pray that nothing like 9/11 or worse happens again because he was endorsed by our enemies and is perceived as a weak man by them.

There have been seven leaders in the past month, slip, in predicting there would be an event post election, some even supplying a date. Between that and rumblings and rumors floating around on forums from this or that relative in the military giving warning to family members to be prepared during the Christmas season with medicines, food and water, I'm guessing there may be some intelligence gathered on a threat.
I've heard speculation on everything from Israel attacking Iran before Bush leaves and having to deal with whatever fallout that might cause or an attack here on our own turf. Whatever it is, it has enough people in high places concerned that my concern level has risen.
I'm pretty positive that if, indeed, there is something to these warnings, the response that Obama verses McCain, in a given situation would be markedly different. In fact, many have speculated that it may be because of a Obama adminisitration that we are facing a new threat. Biden even alluded to this himself but he isn't the only one to do so recently.
Russia has been posturing and Pakistan is rusty bridge ready to collapse. There has been an increase in terrorist chatter reported by different watchdogs. Add that to two war fronts and Iran's leadership, it could be anything.
The shipping industry, food and goods, has been experiencing difficulty in obtaining credit and getting paid so that we may see an effect on the shelves soon. Things are supposedly sitting in port, being sent back, or empty ships with no place to go. I think there is about a four month supply at any given time circulating, but if it's not replenished, that in itself could cause a domestic crisis here. Sort of the second or third shoe to drop because of this economic crisis.
So, with all that fun stuff to consider, I would take homeland securities advice, given since 911 and Katrina/Rita, and make sure you have food, water, medicines stocked up for at least two months. A generator or alternative energy source would be a great addition and a backup plan on the water as you simply can't store enough of it. Water purifiers are handy and locating a source of water, like a lake or stream. There are all kinds of checklists out there to help you prepare in advance for an emergency, as some of these folks appear to be predicting.
My grandparents experienced Katrina and Rita, and for a month were without power. They couldn't find gas to buy to drive out of there to get what they needed. Shelves were empty, thankfully, they have always believed in keeping a stocked pantry, probably as an offshoot from experience during the depression. There was a lake nearby and an artisian well, so they were ok with water. The neighbors pulled together and everyone made it ok. Red Cross called six months after the storm to ask how they could help, true story, so don't expect the government to come to your aid and don't expect Obama to save you either. He doesn't even care about saving his own auntie.

This interviewing trick is well known to produce laughable results. It has nothing to do with Obama, in actuality.
Usually people can't repeat or recognize where the candidates stand on issues and keep the information straight regardless of race or political party. They vote straight party so they don't have to research the candidates backgrounds, stand on issues etc. McCain supporters would make the same mistakes. Add to that fact, that this is an interviewing trick.
When Jay Leno goes Jay walking, it is easy for him to confuse people with his questions when he puts wrong information into a question to get laughs. I teach questioning strategies to teachers and students. There is a piece of research that shows how truly difficult it is for ANYONE to pick out a wrong piece of information out in a question because the mind set from 12+ years in school is that questions are phrased correctly so the minute it is posed, the brain works on formulating an answer and NOT on analyzing the question itself. It's like the old joke, "Who is buried in Grant's tomb?" for example.

Oh, come on, Diana! How naive can you get?
Obama was voted in by ignorant and deliberately-blinkered people. Is that something to be confident of?
I have yet to speak to anyone who was voting for or voted for Obama who could give one rational reason for it.
Give us a break.

“Usually people can't repeat or recognize where the candidates stand on issues and keep the information straight regardless of race or political party.”
Though that would explain Obama’s election, thanks for making an excellent point we’ve all known around here for awhile.
“They vote straight party so they don't have to research the candidates backgrounds, stand on issues etc.”
So how do you explain Blacks, Latino’s voting to AGAINST same sex marriage in CA?
Not knowing that Palin was McCain’s VP choice, and NOT Obama's, is inexcusable, “trick “ question or not, that’s just pathetic.

I applaud Howard Stern and I am not a fan, not by a long shot. However, this "trick" question shows just how ignorant the persons who voted this unknown man into office truly are. Seriously, if you can't name the VP for a Presidential Nominee you should not be allowed to vote. I can understand, well not really, but maybe comprehend how someone wouldn't know a candidate's pro-life or pro-choice stance, especially when the Candidate changes from one side to the other on a regular basis. (You know a flip-flopper)
On a side note, it's very sad when someone can rise to the seemingly most powerful position known to the US and never even produce an authentic birth certificate. I wouldn't even be able to get a new social security card if I couldn't produce an original birth certificate.
The idea that "America" was founded on is diminishing. The Government is supposed to work for us, not us work for them. The system is nearly broke and if Americans do not wake up in the near future and take back our rights there will be a war here in our own backyards. And it won't be terrorists, it will be the Federal government vs the "common folk".
