... what he might have to say to these bastards?
Intelligence and law enforcement sources tell ABC News they are expecting al Qaeda operatives will post a new video on the Internet in the next 24 hours, calling for what one source said is "jihadists to use biological, chemical and nuclear weapons to attack the West."
"There have been several reports that al Qaeda will release a new message calling for the use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) against civilians," FBI spokesman Richard Kolko told ABC News in an e-mail.
"Although there have been similar messages in the past, the FBI and [Department of Homeland Security] have no intelligence of any specific plot or indication of a threat to the U.S.," the e-mail said. "The FBI and U.S. intelligence community will review the message for any intelligence value."
I'd like to suggest that the FBI review Barack Obama's pledge to talk to those sworn to kill us for any intelligence value.
Seriously.

Al Qaeda is just a bunch of big muppets dreamed up by Republicans to distract people. You can always tell Republicans are about to be indicted or served with subpoena papers when AQ releases a videotape or when our agencies pick up "chatter."
That, and AQ is stronger than ever before and it's all Bush's fault.
Those, and they're "human beings" using violence only to defend themselves when they can't achieve it any other way.
My money says he's going to use those highly-refined Obamessiah public speaking skills to spin some turd that's a smooshing-together of all three of those. Al Qaeda is just a ragtag band of lovable freedom fighters just like Luke and Han and Leia out of Return of the Jedi, they're more dangerous than ever before and it's all Bush's fault, and they don't really exist.

What would Obama say? Hmmm…yea, that’s a hard one. Better yet, what do terrorist say of Obama –
Ramadan Adassi, leader of the Al Aqsa Brigades terror group in the West Bank's Anskar refugee camp, pointed to Obama's rise to stardom as "an important success. He won popularity in spite of the Zionists and the conservatives."
Abu Hamed, leader of the Al Aqsa Brigades in the northern Gaza Strip, explained the Democrat candidates' anti-war positions "prove that important leaders are understanding the situation differently and are understanding the price and the consequences of the American policy in Iraq and in the world."
Muhammad Saadi, a senior leader of Islamic Jihad in the northern West Bank town of Jenin, said talk of withdrawal from Iraq makes him feel "proud."
"As Arabs and Muslims we feel proud of this talk," he told me for my book. "Very proud from the great successes of the Iraqi resistance. This success that brought the big superpower of the world to discuss a possible withdrawal."
Abu Abdullah, a leader of Hamas' military wing in the Gaza Strip, was more direct: The policy of withdrawal, he stated, "proves the strategy of the resistance is the right strategy against the occupation."
