In my world...
He is politely given ONE request to remove his baseball cap as a sign of respect for Mr. King's show.
Failing to comply with the polite request, he is given the bum's rush and the heave ho.
And yes, if he was a rightcore right-wing conservative activist, I'd say exactly the same thing. Christ Almighty...if Hillary or Obama or McCain had just been touring a steel factory and had been indulging in the symbolism of wearing a hard hat, and went right from there to Larry King's studio, they'd make damn sure to TAKE IT OFF. When did symbolism become more important than good manners?
