I goofed, as did a number of others.
Back on the 27th of December, I posted a photo of John Kerry eating alone in Iraq and quoted Scott Hennen thusly:
Sen. Kerry found himself all alone while he was over here. He cancelled his press conference because no one came, he worked out alone in the gym w/o any soldiers even going up to say hi or ask for an autograph (I was one of those who was in the gym at the same time), and
he found himself eating breakfast with only a couple of folks who are obviously not troops.
Seems the truth has surfaced and so I'm correcting the record:
...it turns out that Kerry was at that table to conduct an off-the-record breakfast discussion with two reporters, so there would have been no reason whatsover for troops to be sitting with them. In fact, Kerry and the reporters even sought out empty seats, I'm told.
There ya go... I stand corrected.

It wasn't a goof on the originator's part (some D-level right-wing radio loser whose name isn't even worth looking up). It was a lie.
You gonna mea culpa the Jamil Hussein AP story, too? That is a right-wing lie, too. Haven't heard any apologies from the right on it, though.
The people you get your news from are as bad as the so-called "liberal media" you condemn. Same tactics. Different side.

Umm Zoss... you really need to expand your sphere of influence...
Seriously...

Rick, you would take the word of some blogger named "confederateyankee" over a reputable media source who cites sources? You are pathetic.
