This should help the forgetful.
As should this.
UPDATE: Via Matt at BlackFive, a related accounting of a man's man, the must read of Greyhawk's incredible tribute to Rick Rescorla. Grab a cup of java and take the time to be moved.
MORE: Michelle Malkin, as usual, with a poignant post. Some of the pictures and stories she links to are simply incredible.
STILL MORE: Uptown Girl provides this link to WallofAmericans.com. The accompanying song by Enya is simply haunting.

Another September morning, with thousands missing from our lives.
Another September mourning, full of grief
for those we've lost.
Another September morning, time to be grateful for those who serve.
Another September mourning, a day to remember, yet go forward through the pain.

Zero tolerance. Complete remembrance. A 5 minute video memorial:
http://mistersnitch.blogspot.com/2005/09/our-after-911-site-is-online.html
No burning buildings, no rubble, no explosions, no speeches, no screeches, no Bin Laden, no bodies. Just a sorrowful remembrance of some people whose lives were cut short through no fault of their own, with poignant candid snapshots from their lives, accompanied by a musical background.

It's sad how many didn't forget, but simply didn't care. For example my neighbor who was outside cooking on the grill - - I brought up the topic and he said that was years ago and simply did not care. I was going to get into the whole thing, but realized a heart that hard I just don't have time for. Thanks for the great post and the mention.
