Bill Cosby calls it a flrbtz. On the Cosby Show his youngest daughter rattled out the letters and asked if it were a word. He said yes and gave her a kiss that produced the sound of flatulence (for want of a better way of describing it). After that we always called it by that name -- flrbtz.
