How not to support the troops

Sgt. Hook has a post up that leaves me livid.

We received our first pair of shoes today, thank you. I'm sure many more will be arriving soon as the flood gates are now open. But that is not why I'm posting this, you can read about that kind of news at Operations Shoe Fly.

I also received a letter addressed to Operation Shoe Fly in the mail today. Inside the large manila envelope were several flyers with an interesting message:

Hoping you and all US troops make it safely home by this November so you can personally help vote out the lying, greedy, cowardly, white-collar criminals who have caused idiotic, unjust wars and made our military chumps for Halliburton et al.

It was signed:

Veterans for Impeaching Bush

Well isn't that nice. Somebody took the opportunity to use a humanitarian effort like OPSF to send such a message to the soldiers who are not only laying it on the line for said person's freedom, but going the extra effort to help the children live a little better in their newfound freedoms. Too bad they didn't have the balls to sign their real name. The return address on the envelope read:

Buck Fush
11525 S. Cleveland
Fort Myers, FL 33907

Chances are the name is fake, and probably the address as well. But what the hell...

So many anti-war liberals have their heads so far up their... rear-ends... see how the Sarge responds, God bless him.

The address is definitely fake...tried to get directions per mapquest.com....no such address. I guess some people will stop at nothing and always make something bad out of something good.
